SHIPPING NOTICE
In order to minimize the amount of time the box spends in a facility over the weekend, we only ship Monday through Wednesday. We keep an eye on the weather at every delivery location. We encourage Post Office hold if you are unable to retrieve your package quickly. We also recommend purchasing a heat pack to help with the lower temperatures. We have been experiencing delays with USPS, to help mitigate any issues, we gut load them the night before, we also add extra food and 10% overage to each order.

Shipping Policy
Our ultimate goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. We ship live orders based on the shipping method selected at checkout. We do not ship dubia roaches to Florida, Hawaii or outside of the USA.
We monitor temperatures to the shipping destination and we reserve the right to hold an order if we feel the roaches are at risk. If this happens we will always be in contact with the customer.
We want our customers to be satisfied. We do our best to protect the roaches for their travel and we encourage customers to purchase a heat pack or cold pack through our website if the shipping destination temperature drops below 50°F or rises above 80°F. Failure to do so voids our Live Arrival Guarantee.
Even though heat and cold packs may usually keep insects alive while being transported in harsh conditions, they do not completely eliminate risk or provide a guarantee against loss.
Your local temperature and the temperature en route must both be between 50° F and 80° F for Live Arrival Guarantee to be offered. When it is below 50°F or above 80°F at the delivery zip code or (b) at any location noted in the package tracking history at any time while the package is in transit, we cannot guarantee live arrival without weather protection items.
Additionally, we do not provide a Live Arrival Guarantee with or without weather protection if the outside temperature is below 40°F or above 90° F in the delivery zip code, (b) at any location noted in the package tracking history at any time the package is in transit, or (c) at any location noted in the package tracking history.
Unexpected Delays
Your dubia are sorted the evening before their trip and are placed in a separate container where they are gut loaded overnight to prepare for shipping. On the day of shipping, they are transferred to their corresponding container with additional food to sustain them from any unforeseen delays, they are placed in the box and the box is not sealed until they arrive at the shipping facility.
Once USPS has possession of the package, and a tracking number is provided we see the exact same thing you see and there is no other internal tracking method. We take pride in growing healthy feeders and we want them to get to you as soon and as safely as possible but unfortunately on occasion delays happen for many reasons including mechanical issues, weather, holidays, and human error just to name a few.
Your package is insured up to $100. At times, the tracking information does not always update accordingly and does not necessarily mean that the package is lost. If the package, however, is lost, USPS has a 15-day window from the shipping date for US Priority Mail and a 7-day window for US Priority Mail Express before a claim can be filed. Once the claim is filed and USPS has approved it, we will gladly refund your money or mail you a new order.
Return Policy
At this time, we do not accept returns. Only in the event that our roaches are "dead on arrival" and the terms of our Live Arrival Guarantee have been satisfied will we offer new shipments. Because we are aware that unexpected events do occur, we deliver extra roaches. Please take a picture or video with a timestamp and email it to support@mightydubiafeeders.com within 1 (one) hours of getting your box if your order does not include enough live roaches as specified in your order. We won't be able to supply you additional roaches if you don't email, upload a photo or video, and date it within the specified window.
